TRADE FAIR REPORT – ADVERTISING AND PRINTING SECTOR 2023

Based on both the Polish and European markets, we have prepared a special report on advertising and printing trade fairs. Undoubtedly, the trade fair industry has undergone significant changes over the past years. The pandemic has greatly restricted daily life, including the operation of businesses. As we know, every trade fair, regardless of the industry, provides an unparalleled space for companies to showcase innovations in products and services, as well as an invaluable knowledge base from industry experts.

Examining events on the European stage, we identify six major trade fairs in the advertising sector. We are delighted to see how Polish trade fairs stand out among those in other countries. The undisputed leader is RemaDays Warsaw, organized by Ptak Warsaw Expo. This event is massive compared to others, covering an impressive 50,000 m². For comparison, the German PSI trade fair in Düsseldorf occupies 29,000 m², placing it in second position. The French CTCO – Promotional Garments and Gifts fair follows closely with 27,000 m². Significantly smaller in scale is Italy’s PTE – Promotion Trade Exhibition, covering 15,000 m², and Spain’s Promo GIFT, with 14,400 m². At the end of the ranking is another Polish brand, Promo Show, with an exhibition area of nearly 9,000 m². Looking at this ranking, we are pleased to see that Poland has two events listed, a distinction not seen in other countries.

However, when looking at the number of exhibitors, the ranking sees some modifications. Leading the list is the German PSI trade fair in Düsseldorf, with 488 exhibition booths. An interesting shift occurs in second place, as the Spanish event Promo Gift emerges with 486 exhibitors. Closely following is RemaDays Warsaw, securing third place with 465 exhibitors. A significantly lower count is observed at CTCO – Promotional Garments and Gifts, which hosts 267 exhibitors, surpassing Promo Show with 185. Closing the ranking is Italy’s PTE – Promotion Trade Exhibition, which, despite its large exhibition space, features only 165 exhibitor booths.

We encourage you to visit and continue supporting the Polish trade fair industry, which, as evident, stands as a leading organizer in the advertising and printing sector.

With best regards,
