National Chamber of Trade Fairs

A New Dimension of Trade Fairs

The National Chamber of Trade Fairs is a business chamber established at the initiative of trade fair participants and organizers. Numerous consultations with representatives of the broad trade fair industry led to a shared conclusion – there was a need for an institution that would support cooperation between various sectors of the trade fair industry across all levels of exhibition activities. As a result, the National Chamber of Trade Fairs was founded in 2016.
Our mission is primarily to support cooperation between exhibitors and organizers. By leveraging today’s powerful marketing tools, we aim to elevate trade fair events to the highest possible level, while recognizing that personal connections, trust-based partnerships, and professional exhibitions will always hold an advantage over the increasingly common virtual world.
The activities of the National Chamber of Trade Fairs extend far beyond Poland’s borders. We see trade fairs as a tremendous opportunity for the growth of Polish businesses, known for their determination and potential. We believe that our consistent efforts will enable Polish trade fairs to become a driving force of the economy and establish a global presence.
Today’s times present increasing challenges for our industry. Even long-established trade fair events are struggling to survive and are often forced to temporarily or permanently suspend operations. This leads to serious economic consequences – experienced professionals lose their jobs, while companies specializing in booth construction, transportation, catering, and marketing also suffer significant losses.
Our actions, built on trust in our partners, are focused on establishing a strong and unique international trade fair platform within the Ptak Warsaw Expo facilities. This proven and effective exhibition and trade fair model is designed to support Polish entrepreneurs and help them thrive in a competitive global market.
